Hi All,

I agree with the idea of cross-ventilation with louvres (far cheaper to run
that air/con) and it's what I originally suggested.

An extractor fan operating when the gym is in use, might also be considered
as an addition to the louvres.

What about a solution to the toxic rubber smell? It really is a deterrent
to use at the moment and I don't think louvres and a fan will remove it
adequately.
