[200William-EC SP67851] Reports from last year

Hi Maxine,

A friendly reminder to send the new EC the reports relating to the Annual Compliance report carried out by “Solutions in Engineering” last year as per the minutes from the 2013 AGM ( Motion 10 ). 

There is also the report relating to the Asbestos status of our building also relating to the AGM of last year 2013 ( Motion 11 ). 

We agreed at the AGM last week STM would forward both reports to the new EC asap.
