Hi Matt, thanks for sending this through, I agree with Edward in relation to the emails. I think everyone gets enough emails as it is and any correspondence between an owner and the building manger should be kept between them. Imagine if all 40 or so owners copied very email to the EC every time, it would be out of control. If an particular owner, EC members included has a particular issue with our Building Manager or any of the building contractors, it should be dealt with the individual in the first instance and then if no action is taken then the EC can be involved. On this particular matter I think the owner of 601 can deal with the building manager for the time being.
