Hi All,
  I have received the following email from Craig and as it's directed to 
the group I feel that it would be proper to table it.

As Craig is not a list member every email he sends (and there is a lot 
of them) to the list get's forwarded to me and held for approval. I can 
chose at that time to forward it to the list granting him inbound access 
or  discard it (as I have been doing) I have another option to reject 
the email's If i do that every email he sends will receive a message 
back that says your email has been rejected and to send the message via 
the correct channels.

I did not want to take the action of Rejecting the email's without first 
asking what as a group you would like me to do. If everyone is happy to 
do so. We can just reject all further email's from him and inform him to 
go via the Strata manger.

I suspect he will just email us all directly. But we can ask him to 
stop. If he doesnot I would assume that's harassing behavior which might 
cause him problems for his current good behavior bond.

How would you like me to proceed. My vote is for reject.
