Hi All,
  George has informed me that the Garage door that feed the residential 
car park has come of it's runners. We have a contingency for this which 
is a spare door that we store on site and swap out if the main one is 
damaged while we are waiting for a repair or replacement.

George informs me the contractors are on site swapping the door out and 
normal access to the carpark should be restored soon..
