Subject: RE: WATER PENETRATION - APARTMENT 601

Good Morning Craig,

When I tank tested the bathroom wet area on Saturday (it was in fact Sunday)
water did not penetrate from above when I was in your apartment.

Correct, the whole area of internal and exterior walls in my 2nd bathroom,
and the ceiling entry (see pics 006 and 012 taken the night before you
arrived) and external walls in my bedroom were, however, extremely wet and
there was no evidence of water dripping.

After I had left your apartment on Saturday, you phoned me to advise water
had penetrated the area near the entrance to the bedroom. Can you please
confirm that was the case?

Correct, while you were here on Sunday you punched a hole in the ceiling
entry and commenced a water test of the gym toilet floor. However, after
you left, water started dripping from the punched section of ceiling in my
bedroom entry way and parts of the ceiling opened up (pic015). This water
dripping continued until late Monday afternoon....and then stopped.

On Tuesday, Tony the contractor arrived, pressure tested the whole gym
bathroom again (shower floor and toilet floor), and no water came through.
So, since Monday afternoon NO water has come through. This suggests that the
water penetration is not from the gym bathroom as you have suggested, but
from perhaps higher up in the building - confirmed by Tony to me on Tuesday
afternoon and again yesterday.
