  I received this email from Craig as he tried to post it to the list. 
As a policy non EC members are not allowed to post to the list so I am

Hello George,



I mentioned to the EC last night that your contractor arrived at my home
yesterday to check out  the repairs that need to be made after the deluge of
water which came through from somewhere above my apartment, destroying the
carpet in my bedroom and hallway and damaging my 2nd bathroom.



He arrived without any tools, was advised incorrectly advised that the
damage was from the shower upstairs and without the set of plans that you
had over the weekend.  I took a couple of hours supplying him with tools,
measuring tape etc.



Most importantly, I left you a message early yesterday, asking you to
contact me asap to find out where you had placed the set of plans in order
the contractor could perform his duties and I still haven't had the courtesy
of a return phone call.



Would you please let me know where these plans are in order that the
contractor can work more effectively and that it doesn't cost us (the
owners) any more extra money, than it would.  Please also advise the next
step to try and find out where the leak is.  As I mentioned to you on Sunday
I will soon have foster children staying in my home and I really need to
ensure that the matter is fixed and that I can put down new flooring, once
again, and that the bathroom can be used.
