[200William-EC SP67851] Updated mailing list and other info.

Hi All,
  Welcome to another year at the EC. For the first time in two years we 
have lost some members and gained a new one. As a result I have changed 
the password for the EC website where I store all the information, 
minutes, roll's and other information I gather on the strata.

I have also removed our old members from the list Craig, Di and Rowan. 
So they will no longer get the list email's or have access to the 
archive. It's worth noting  however that the archive does from a part of 
the records I keep as secretary and as such any owner could rightly 
access them on request as they can with any strata document. Subject to 
the terms of the privacy act.  What im getting at here is it would not 
be proper or professional to slander anyone.

which you can access with your mailing list username/password which is 
emailed to you each month. If you want to review anything.  To email the 
list simply email ec at 200william.com Please resist the urge to cc 
everyone on the list as well as emailing the list. It just duplicates 
the email's and causes the moderator hell. (me)

I look forward to working with this new re-energized group and I am sure 
we will have a positive year ahead with the building.
