OK, all good from my side and thanks for the June update. I will read through it and come back to you if I have any comments.

The EC passed a resolution at the December meeting ( could have been the October meeting ) that we would get monthly reports. This motion was raised by a former EC member. At the time, the other 8 EC members were neither here nor there as to getting reports at such regular intervals.

Therefore, I suggest we ask around to the new EC in relation to the regularity of your reports. I agree with what you say and I am satisfied with quarterly reports.

Could the EC please advise if they too agree with quarterly reports.

As discussed at the last meeting the Building Manager quarterly reports would be apt quarterly as there is more attendance to Marquis than there are hours allocated. Any items that require the attention of the Executive Committee and raised immediately in the form of a report; i.e. issues with significant costs. All the other items are imputed into our system and presented quarterly.

Hey George,

It's been a short while since we had a report on William Street. Especially now with the new reduced EC it would be good to have a bit more of a regular update. The last one I have on file is for period ending January 31st. Would it be possible to put a current update together for the EC and forward through. Earlier this year the previous EC discussed getting monthly updates from BFMS and putting the request through to you. I am not sure that was ever conveyed to you.
