Seems all too hard, I just thought it is sometimes better to discuss these things face to face as other things do tend to arise whenever everyone contributes to the discussion, but if too busy to have a meeting, let’s avoid it and hope that nothing goes wrong.
My only criteria is that we don’t spend any money that we don’t have or that is not budgeted for. We have seen the disastrous results from that happening.
So let’s not have a meeting then. Although we did have a consensus to have one. LOL
