[200William-EC SP67851] Announcement

Hi all, The good news for all of us is Matt remains on the EC and as firmly committed as usual. I am not sure what the protocol is , but do we need to appoint a new Secretary? For the records? Maxine does a lot of the communications for us either way but I am not sure what the official procedure is. Maxine, Could you please advise. Many thanks, ROB
