Hi All, 

I refer to the issue of the commercial tenant, Pack n Send, parking in 2 spots. They are entitled to one spot only as accorded to them by the Commercial BMC Representative. There is apparently a commercial spot. Apparently this is being used by the residents…. apparently. Subsequent to all of that, the commercial tenant claims they are only parking in one spot ( see below )

Where to go from here?
