[200William-EC SP67851] WATER PENETRATION FROM LEVEL 7 - BASE OF RAILINGS

George,

I have been advised by Casey, your contractor, that the ring at the base of
each of the railings on my side of level 7 has been sealed above and below,
where it hits the outer wall.

On July 5 Matt Perkins emailed me "The EC has made it's decision as to what
to do with the mater you have highlighted and the building manager will be
taking photographs over the next  *3 months* after the repair has been
made."

Please provide me with a schedule as soon as possible regarding photos
being taken as I will be travelling for most of August and early September.
