Thanks Matt,
i aslo think $50+GST is a better rental. still not high, but not out of
reach. 3 month deposit is also good incase there are problems at the
end.
is there a cost for the strata managers to collect this rent? what about
paying 6-monthly to reduce management costs, or do you think this
complicates things. my thinking is that there is reasonable effort to
ensure $50 is paid each month...
