Rob,
I don't consider this an 'insignificant' matter when tenants are
served a notice to get rid of their pets (and in some cases,
themselves)while a member of the EC brings a dog/dogs onto the
property for an overnight stay.
We'll agree to disagree in this matter.
Regards,
Craig

601: Each time you deal with insignificant matters through our Strata
Manager it costs the Strata. If you have any issues with tenants in
the building please deal with them through the EC who can then decide
as a group if the matter warrants the attention of the Strata
Manager.
This matter has been dealt with and responded to by Di. There is no
issue.

Hi Craig,
I have not issued one at this point as the dog is not residing at the
premises and Di advised that she would no the bringing the dog onto
the premises.
If the executive committee wish for me to issue the breach notice I
will do so accordingly.
Kind Regards,

SUBJECT: EMAIL SENT RE DOGS ON PROPERTY
Hello Maxine,
I sent you a follow-up email last week regarding the owner of 602
having a dog on the property. Would you please advise if a formal
letter was sent to her as it is simply unfair that tenants are being
sent letters to get rid of their pets (if other than a gold fish) and
a member of the EC breaks this ruling.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Craig Laforest
