601: Each time you deal with insignificant matters through our Strata Manager it costs the Strata. If you have any issues with tenants in the building please deal with them through the EC who can then decide as a group if the matter warrants the attention of the Strata Manager.
This matter has been dealt with and responded to by Di. There is no issue.
