[200William-EC] SMASHED BOTTLES ON TERRACE OF APARTMENT 601

Good Morning,

I have already addressed the matter with G05 including a letter from the Strata Manager. They have since gone quite.

The weekend incident on L7 appears to be from 503. I will need to first contact the occupant and confirm it was them that had the party on the roof.

Hi all,

Phil and I have been away since Thursday so we don't know if our terrace has been affected too. As the previous time it was traced to unit G5 I would not be surprised if it were them again. The unit has a rapid turnover of inhabitants and I did see the most recent lot.. as they opened their security door onto mcelhone st. Perhaps we could talk to the owners of the unit?

	Hi Craig,
Closing level 7 permanently will require a change of by-law at an AGM or EGM.

Maxine can you please place a discussion on weather to amend the by laws regarding roof access at the next EC meeting.

	Thanks.

Hello George and members of the EC,

I woke this morning to find broken bottles scattered all over my terrace
(see attached). I am fed up that, once again, we have no control over what
is happening on the level 7 terrace. George, please go over the video as
soon as possible to see if anything is shown.

I believe we should consider permanently closing the level 7 terrace. I
have said it before - it's a matter of time until someone on a balcony below
or in the street is hit with a flying object from this unattended open-air
level. I trust you remember also that owners will be responsible if any
action is brought about by someone being hit by one of these objects.
