[200William-EC] FW: AGM Marquis Apartments

Hi all, watching this email chain with interest. 

I am not so sure we should be taking out the frustration on Maxine, it is misplaced. Personally I think Maxine is doing a great job for both the BMC and the Owners side. 

I think it appropriate to mention last years AGM and the situation around that relating to some of the EC who were unable to attend, the meeting was delayed for a length of time on that evening to allow for those of us who "completely forgot" even though notices were sent out, agenda was provided, majority turned up. Quite a few of us were inconvenienced that evening as well, if not for a number of phone calls and the patience of the majority of those who turned up on time, including Maxine the meeting would not have gone ahead. So we're all human and none of us are perfect.

Moving forward, Maxine, could you please advise what date is in mind, let's all constructively agree, have the meeting and go forward from there.
