Maxine,

I totally agree with Craig; it's outrageous that we are only now advised of
the AGM's cancellation. Surely the EC sets the date of the AGM, not you.
You should have given us due notice. Because of the AGM on Monday 13th, I
cancelled something I wanted to do in Victoria and planned to drive 9 hours
back in order to to be here to attend. I can't change that cancellation
now. This lack of communication is most inconvenient. Craig has been asking
you continuously for an agenda for the meeting and instead of warning him
that you had a problem with the date, you just let it slide until now.
