[200William-EC] Loud hammering / construction noise

I haven't heard of anyone being restrained. Perhaps Shane knows
something. The other day when I was up on level 7 the door closer was
letting the door slam a little harder then probably it should have. It
did make a very very loud bang when it closed. It's just an adjustment
to the door closer. However the lock and etc were all intact and working
correctly.
George. If someone has vandalized the door can we go through the video
and identify them. This should like it may be a police matter.
