[200William-EC] Loud hammering / construction noise

Someone has destroyed the lock on the door from the fire stairs to our
level 6 lobby. The closure is completely broken, and the handle is missing.
Yesterday there were tiny chips of paint all over the carpet on the lobby
side. Does anyone know who is responsible because I don't think the Body
Corporate should have to stump up for malicious damage.

Apparently someone from a lower floor (below 6) 'had to be restrained'
according to Shane and Matt? What was that all about - because it sounds as
though they may have been the culprit.

If you go up the stairs to level 7, you can open the door to the roof
without a key. It just pulls open. Is it meant to be like that?
