[200William-EC] Propose Foyer & Lift upgrades

Hi Tony,
George starts work very early and as he has offered a two-hour time
frame (7-9) in his busy day to do the job, I feel you should make the
effort to get your fobs attended to between 8:45 and 9:00 am which is
normal working hours for most people. There is no question of it being
'overtime'! What time do you start work normally???
