Hi Maxine,
I would like to acknowledge your letter dated 19th of March 2013 related
to the following Ref: MW:AL:SP67851
First of all I want to express my disapproval in relation to the timing
given to attend the building in order to renew the security cards.
Residents yes its fine they are in the building and they can attend, but
when you look after a great N. of apartment for owner investors, sure
you don't expect that a property manager will be attending the building
at that time, unless the strata pays for the overtime that they will be
charging to attend outside the working hours.
Please respond and looking forward for alternative hours.

*Total for all 3 areas = $21,973
*Total including Options for Level G tiled walls = $30,883
These are pricing for my company to undertake the works.
I believe that these are competitive costs, and that we will get
alot of 'bang for our buck' - as we can get high quality finishes
without the need to engage an architect or designer.
