Hi George,

Thank you for attending to this.

I have just spoken with the serviceman that the lift company has sent out.
It appears that depending on the amount of lubrication on the external door,
this may determine whether or not the lift itself lines up exactly with the
floor.....hence the 'jump' I have experienced many times in lift number 2.
He is going through floor by floor to determine if extra lubrication is
required.

Would you be kind to monitor and check lift 2 as it continues to bounce. Our
resident on level 6 has been experiencing this. So perhaps this will occur
from level 6 and or G and E levels.
