Hi All
As per Craigs email, I too am shocked at the increase in the levies. As far as I know they have not been approved. I will hook up with Maxine tomorrow. Let's make a special motion to put the levies back to where they were. This has always been the mantra relating to strata levies as the fees are excessive already for building of this nature ( i.e.: no facilities like pool etc ) If for some reason which I am unaware of the expenses are higher, we can reduce our expenses in other areas rather than fee increase. I hope this is OK with everyone. For the record, we have already paid the fees for our 2 lots.
