I concur with your comments and also note the sizeable increase in the
Notice of Levy Contributions on both my lots for the same period.

As there was no motion approving increases in levies at the recent AGM
perhaps this issued could be clarified

Hello All,

I ran into Rob this afternoon and questioned why we had received levy
increases for the quarter June 1 through August 31.  To my knowledge, we did
not pass a motion at the AGM to increase the levy charges from June 1.

 

Maxine, I received my levies, for the period above, in the mail on Tuesday
and noted a sizeable increase for each of my lots.  Would you please explain
why the levy increase was made.  The actual total Admin charge for the year
ending 28/02/13 was $250,464.79, whereas the budget for the year ending
28/02/14 is only $214,027.
