[200William-EC] Informal meeting re budget.

Hi All,
  Here's the results of the informal meeting re the strata levies.

As we did not have figures on the  budget to discuss in detail it seems 
that the only savings could be made by chopping the sinking fund or 
adjusting the BMC budget.
EC members decided that more information is needed to be provided an 
informed decision and the following should be undertaken.

Rob or Maxine to provide a detailed exploitation of the BMC budget at 
the next EC meeting.
Rob or Maxine to provide the BMC budget to the EC at least two weeks 
prior to the next scheduled EC meeting so it can be evaluated in advanced.
An EC meeting to be secluded for 26th of August.
