Dear All,

I am trying to keep up (unsuccessfully!) with the barrage of emails today.

To me, all the discussion seems valid and worthwhile. These are matters of importance to the operation of our apartment building. However, I am convinced that the use of email as a tool for these discussions is not the best way forward. I think I mentioned before that the EC should meet more frequently and that these matters be discussed at these meetings. Much easier for everyone to put their point of view forward and much less chance of anyone taking comments the wrong way or being offended.

So, my vote is to meet to discuss in more detail when we have all the information we need (from solicitors, strata manager, City of Sydney, etc.)
