I assume that by giving your permission to investigate this I can
reasonably engage Maxine and lawyers. I am experienced in giving lawyers
good pre-draft work so that they spend as little time as possible
drafting the laws. That is If i do the work for them there is less
billable stuff they will need to do. Ultimately the bylaw will need
an EC vote prior to drafting the final bylaw to be proposed at the AGM.
Unless you want that to all go through the EC. If you do. Im not
interested in the job. It will take to long. Will be best left to
someone else. Im not accustomed to seeking permission to get tasks
completed day to day. If you want it to all go through the EC. You have
the wrong man. The job is to big to do by comity. This is the reason I
stepped back from the Building upgrades group. The group had become to
large to get anything done. There small group seems to be making
progress which is a good thing.
