OMG Di, absolutely not offended at all. 

I was just acting because of the numerous complaints from the EC members, actually trying to do something. You know, get something done. 

Since then there have been 500,000 emails, personal abuse my way, bureaucrats throwing rules and regulations at us as to why we shouldn't do it as opposed to why we should. 

Looking back over it, it's quite funny. 

Bottom line, nothing gets done. Again.
