Maxine,
I am writing in reply to your letter of which we have been accused for noise breach.
This claim is false as we hear the some noises coming from other apartments and the street.
As we live on a busy street there is bound to be noise.
We hear constant door slamming, chair dragging, kid screaming and banging from neighbours. There are people on the balconies constantly talking loud.
Recently the apartment above us had a party and spilt an excessive amount of liquid on our balcony and balustrade. We never complained and just cleaned it to the best of our ability but our balcony and balustrade is still dirty which requires a specialist qualified cleaner.
I am very upset that we have been accused by our neighbours of being the loud one as I work night shift and come home early ours of the morning.
Regards
M Sefian
