Hi George,
  My logs indicate that the Aircon cooling tower is not working again. 
It's been good for some time but suddenly the pump's seem off again.

On 1213-08-27 11:09:11  my aircon put in a call for condenser water. 
Positive flow began at 11:09:20 and the compressor was commanded on.
It ran for a while until 11:32:27 when the compressor went HP due loss 
of water on the loop. My aircon goes into a lockout state until it 
retried again at 11:36:31 it has been retrying every 10 minutes or so 
since then. As you know I have a smart home that has logs of every 
variable of the HVAC that goes back almost 2 Years now. A few months 
back as you know the building water loop had nightly problems. However 
it has been reliable for some months.  I hope this is not a 
re-occurrence of the old problem. If you could investigate what 
differences there are over the last few months and now that would be great.
