[200William-EC] Rooftop incident and new by-law

Dear All,

I think we need to be careful not to have a knee-jerk reaction to the events of Saturday night that might impact on us as owners and our own enjoyment of the rooftop. I for one would like to be able to enjoy a wine or beer up there with a few friends which is completely different to having a party and putting other residents in danger by abusing this privilege.

When is the next EC meeting and could it be discussed there?
