[200William-EC] Car Park Entry and Saturday Incident

Dear Committee,

In relation to the noise issues that Andrew has raised we are in the process of issuing the tenants breach of by-law letters which we will organise for George to deliver.

Please Note: STM's Sydney South office is undergoing renovations from the 22nd July 2013.  It is anticipated that the works will be completed by the 16th  August 2013.  During this time, we may experience a few minor disruptions to our systems and emails.  For any urgent matters, please contact our office by phone on 9540 4199. Dear All,

I have been following  the trail of emails this morning and have the following comments:

Airkey entry to carpark. I can only speak from personal experience  and say that I have not had an issue on entry or exit to the underground parking. It's a bit of a stretch but achievable and we have never felt threatened. I also have to comment that we don't use our car much either! I would be happy to proceed with the airkey arrangement but it does seem expensive. I would rather spend the money on upgrading the ground level foyer, for example.

With respect to the problems on the rooftop on Saturday night I have to say that I am having some problems with my neighbours in apartment 405, particularly with late night music and parties. I also had my daughter and grandchildren stay this weekend and we specifically asked (via a note under their door) if they could respect our need for quiet. It was very peaceful and I am wondering if they found another party venue? I emailed Maxine last week to advise her of the issue (and also concerning noise problems with apartment 501) but she has not responded. Hopefully the CCTV will reveal the culprits.
