Hi George,

 

1. Just following up on a couple of matters - were you able to lock in
someone to give us a quote re the fire alarm bells for all floors (per
EC meeting)? Yes, I'm waiting on New Sound to inspect the building.
Thank you for following up with Sharpes a/c re vent on several lobby
floors.  Much better air coming out!  Welcome.

 

2. There is a white jag that has been sitting in the visitors spot for
the past 2 weeks.  I'll leave it to you. I have left a note on the car
last week. I will send a threatening letter tomorrow.

 

3.Any news on warranty also for work carried out on the elevator that
was jumping?  The lift company sent someone out a couple of weeks ago
and there is no problem with it at the moment.  I just wanted to check
if we should be looking a year warranty instead of individual payments
for each service call?  Over to you. There is no charges on the
attendance. Its part of the service...
