Hi Craig,
Im happy to help with any task's that have been requested or assigned
in an EC meeting. There's no mention of the task's you speak of on the
May 30 EC meeting. The 27 August Meeting brings up the signage that
seems to be Rob's responsibility. It may have been from the meeting
prior to 30 May but that was before my tenure as secretary so don't have
those details.
If there is a task that you need assistance with your welcome to give me
a ring our drop me an email directly and I will help you out where I
can. I agree we should not be re-voting on task's that have all ready
been voted on. I would think 3 quotes would be standard way of doing
business but as you can see from my vote I was happy to go with the more
expensive carpet on face value. I think there are 3 people left to vote.
Matt.
