Hi Barney,

The issue we have is that they are separate lots and that is why they are duplicated.

Unfortunately I cant send out a separate letter as the mailing of the letters is being done by the City office and they are doing a mass postage for buildings from 4 NSW offices.

the letter is fine.

will the new software help to match up lot owners so we don't post out duplicates of everything for the unit and the parking spaces?

also, since there is mail going out to owners, perhaps we should include a separate letter about gathering email addresses and phone numbers for all owners so we an communicate/contact them prior to AGM's and other important meetings as they may arise... it should encourage them to provide this info...
