HI Maxine,

the letter is fine.

will the new software help to match up lot owners so we don't post out 
duplicates of everything for the unit and the parking spaces?

also, since there is mail going out to owners, perhaps we should include a 
separate letter about gathering email addresses and phone numbers for all
owners 
so we an communicate/contact them prior to AGM's and other important
meetings as 
they may arise... it should encourage them to provide this info...
