Dear Craig,

Unfortunately our current system does not have STM letterhead or the actual period the levy is for printed on the notice.

However, at the beginning of July our company is changing Software systems and all future levy notices will have STM letterhead and the notice will stipulate as to what period the levy notice is for.

The levy notice you have just received in the mail is for the period 01/06/2012 to 31/08/2012.  As advised on the phone the levy was raised after the due date as we only adopted the budget just recently at the AGM.  You have until the end of the month to pay the levy before any interest is accrued.

Further to our phone conversation this morning:

1.        There is no letterhead on the levy notice.  Please explain why isn't "Strata Title Management" printed on the top of the notice?

2.       The notice does not show what period the levy covers.  Please advise what the period is (for the current invoice) and note for future invoices that this information must be included.
