As I said before, it's great every one is involved, it's great every one has an opinion. I think it would be good for all of us to discuss. I would be happy to be the person that has matters and suggestions sent to and compile the agenda for each meeting. The meeting would not have to take more than an hour each time, if that. And of course there would be times when all 9 of us can't get together. That's to be expected. And that's OK. But we can get things done probably a lot quicker and much more efficiently. But it would stop the endless emails ( and avoid emails being misconstrued by their tone ). There would be times when emergency matters have to be dealt with right away and by having a bi monthly meeting would actually facilitate better. 

What does everyone think? YES or NO. 

If you agree, I will set the dates, get everyone's agreement and voila! I would even send out a note before 1 week before each meeting as a reminder and ask for any matters to go on agenda
