I agree with Shane regarding the rubbish - we seem to have stopped the
Imelda shoe salon on level 2
leaving her multiple cartons unflattened in the garbage area - thank you
George (and Phil for detective
work). I can't see how expensive cameras will be of use (who is going to
sit and watch hours of paint-dryingly-thrilling
footage of the Garbage Area looking for the naughty tenants - who may wear
balaclavas and be
unrecognizable?)  Not practical. Craig is doing a superb job taking
 garbage back up to the culprit with
 a firm note and leaving it on their doorstep.
