Hi,
No to all until a budget has been acquired and a need established.
We should comply with fire regulations but I can't see the need for blinds
up on the 7th or motion lighting.
The cost would take many years to pay off in electricity used. A better
idea would be solar panels on the
roof of gym to cover the cost of running the gym, sauna and lights in that
part of the building -very cost effective.
