Craig,

Thanks for your email. Whilst I agree it is important, it has also  
been a long while since we have been able to do this so a few more  
days won't hurt. Matt is the substitute, but I don't think it fair to  
ask him to fill in without briefing him first. Veron will walk all  
over us. Unfortunately today, I simply cannot do it as I have to  
finalise a substantial new business pitch document for a government  
enterprise and it has to be submitted first thing Wednesday. In this  
case I am putting my business first. I am calling Maxine tomorrow once  
I have this off my workload and then arranging a new meeting time with  
Andrew Veron. I am hoping it will before I go on leave next week. If  
not, I will arrange a meeting with Matt and brief him on where we are  
at so he can look after for us whilst I am away.

I will not be accessing my emails any more today while I focus on my  
task at hand.

Thanks for your continued interest and work with the BMC. It's a great  
help.
