[200William-EC] Strata Fees Notice

Hi all,

Me too, my sister is opening my mail and only got the notice two weeks
after it was due.  May Maxine direct the daft Deft people to stop charging
us interest a nd then interest on interest, adding insult to injury on
these impossible-to-pay-on-time bills. I haven't paid it yet, would like to
receive it online just this once.. Who do I ASK?
