There is no special levis approved, so if there is arrears then we need explanation, I left my statement home so I can’t confirm the fees at moment

i notice there is an "arrears/adjustment" figure on the notice - is this for the special levy or a late payment or "other"?

if it is for the special levy, has there been any correspondence notifying owners of how much the levy is for each lot?
