[200William-EC] Strata Fees Notice

Thanks Maxine, 

i notice there is an "arrears/adjustment" figure on
the notice - is this for the special levy or a late payment or "other"?


if it is for the special levy, has there been any correspondence
notifying owners of how much the levy is for each lot?
