[200William-EC] August 27 EC Meeting / Update

Thank you Tony for clarification re Maxine's attendance. However, why don't
we continue to use the same system we had in the past when Kate was our rep
from STM and have Maxine be at each meeting to take notes and maintain
minutes (and to reconfirm to us, as Kate did, about upcoming meetings?). The
fee is not all that enormous and is already costed into our budget.

 

I am happy to meet anywhere and will pay for myself.  Whether it's at Lord
Roberts or a meal at say Tropicana (Rob had suggested a bite to eat at a
restaurant). Either way is fine for me.

 

I will follow up with Diana also just to ensure, if someone from our
committee has to cancel at the last minute, that we still have a quorum.

How about Tropicana at 630pm?

 

As per Matt's and Rob's emails, we don't have a quorum at this stage.  I
contacted Di Dennison yesterday and asked for her proxy but I am still yet
to hear from her.

 

Matt - as I mentioned at the last EC meeting we have in the past had a
notification email from STM re upcoming EC meetings.  This didn't happen
this time.  Do you know why?  We always had Kate Maclachlan at our EC
meetings in the past.  I have phoned and left a message for Maxine to call
me to follow up on this point as she should also be there at our upcoming
EC.

 

If everyone is prepared to wait until I hear back from Di, we may still be
able to get together on Monday.  I will send her a reminder today and will
get back to you asap, once I hear from her.
