[200William-EC] August 27 EC Meeting / Update

Dear Committee,

It was agreed at the AGM by all owners present that I was not needed to attend this EC meeting.

In relation to notifying all EC members once a venue has been decided and the agenda is finalised I will forward the agenda to all EC members.  For an EC meeting only 72 hours notice is required and I would have reminded you all of the meeting by email when the agenda was sent out.

Diana has sent her apologies as she is in France.

How about Tropicana at 630pm?

As per Matt's and Rob's emails, we don't have a quorum at this stage.  I contacted Di Dennison yesterday and asked for her proxy but I am still yet to hear from her.

Matt - as I mentioned at the last EC meeting we have in the past had a notification email from STM re upcoming EC meetings.  This didn't happen this time.  Do you know why?  We always had Kate Maclachlan at our EC meetings in the past.  I have phoned and left a message for Maxine to call me to follow up on this point as she should also be there at our upcoming EC.

If everyone is prepared to wait until I hear back from Di, we may still be able to get together on Monday.  I will send her a reminder today and will get back to you asap, once I hear from her.
