<span>Sorry I missed last night. I somehow got the days mixed up and had it for today, only realizing when I ran into Kylie. Unfortunately, I had a work call I could not move that conflicted. Hope it was productive.</span><br />

<span>Today we had the BMC AGM with the commercial strata rep. Everything went as expected, and the cladding replacement work was approved and the appropriate budget special levies agreed upon. We also discussed the fire statement in depth specifically about the new fire rules that are coming this year. We will be working with BFMS over the coming weeks to see what that means for our building and to also try and integrate the removal of the door closers from the northern side. Unfortunately, the rules are not yet finalized, so we have some government hurdles to get through. Everything else went fairly smoothly. The other key matter was the new budget to keep the administrative fund out of deficit due to the spiralling cost of insurance.</span><br />
