<p class="x_x_MsoNormal">Express Glass have had their senior technician/expert attend to Unit 601 to inspect the sliding door issue and provide their advice as to whether a repair or replacement is required to have the door in working order.</p>

<p class="x_x_MsoNormal">The supervisor has advised the following:</p>

<li class="x_x_MsoListParagraph" style=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt">After inspection - the door, frame and wheel are all fine and in working order.</span></li><li class="x_x_MsoListParagraph" style=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt">As per the photos in the dropbox link below, you can see damaged sliding bottom track - this is the cause of the door coming off rails and other associated issues with opening and closing
the sliding door.</span></li><li class="x_x_MsoListParagraph" style=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Our recommendation is to replace the bottom track only, with a new stainless-steel track which will eliminate the issue. (as per quote)</span></li></ul>
